Welcome to ReallyVisual. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ReallyVisual provides online digital services for churches, including graphic designs, thumbnail designs, and video editing for Christian content. All services are delivered entirely online.

2. Payment

100% upfront payment is required to start any monthly service. 50% of this upfront payment is non-refundable due to the digital nature of our services. Once the monthly service begins, this payment reserves your slot and allows us to begin planning, preparing, and initiating initial production work for your content.

3. Contracts

For every monthly service subscription, a formal contract is created between ReallyVisual and the client. This contract outlines project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. By proceeding with a monthly service subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in the specific project contract.

4. Refunds

Because our services are digital in nature, 50% of the upfront payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% may be refundable only in cases of genuine dissatisfaction with the service delivered. Any concerns regarding service quality or delivery must be communicated to us promptly so we have the opportunity to address them.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by ReallyVisual for your project is your property once full payment is received. However, the materials, templates, or tools used by ReallyVisual remain our intellectual property.

6. Use of Images or Elements

If you believe we are using any of your images, elements, or icons on our website without permission, please let us know and we will promptly remove them.

7. Delivery and Revisions

All services are delivered monthly, based on the selected plan. Reasonable revisions are included as part of the monthly service to ensure client satisfaction, as long as feedback is provided within the specified revision window. Major changes, late requests, or out-of-scope work may be deferred to the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReallyVisual is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
