2. Payment

A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate any project. This upfront payment is non-refundable due to the digital nature of our services. Once the project begins, this amount secures your slot and covers initial work, planning, and resources. We expect the remaining 50% to be paid upon your satisfaction with the completed service.

3. Contracts

For every project, a formal contract is created between ReallyVisual and the client. This contract outlines project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. By proceeding with a project, you agree to the terms outlined in the specific project contract.

4. Refunds

Because our services are digital, the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable. Any concerns regarding service delivery should be communicated to us promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by ReallyVisual for your project is your property once full payment is received. However, the materials, templates, or tools used by ReallyVisual remain our intellectual property.

6. Use of Images or Elements

If you believe we are using any of your images, elements, or icons on our website without permission, please let us know and we will promptly remove them.

7. Delivery and Revisions

Project timelines may vary depending on complexity. We provide a reasonable number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReallyVisual is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
