At ReallyVisual, all services are delivered entirely online, including graphic design, thumbnail design, and video editing. Due to the digital nature of our services, 100% upfront payment is required to initiate any monthly service, of which 50% is non-refundable.

Once the monthly service begins, this upfront payment reserves your slot and allows us to begin planning, preparation, and initial production work.

The remaining 50% may be refundable only in cases of genuine dissatisfaction with the service delivered. Any concerns regarding service quality or delivery must be communicated promptly, giving us the opportunity to review and address them.
